Collagen chia pudding
We love adding chia seeds everywhere! They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium and potassium. In addition to contributing to better cardiovascular health, they help to better assimilate proteins in the body and hydrate the skin 💧
In short, they are excellent and we will not deprive ourselves of them ✨
We share with you below the easy recipe for our collagen chia pudding 😋
For 1 person
Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. - 120 ml of vegetable milk (oat, almond or coconut preferably)
- 1 Kollagn Radiance or Strength stick
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- fruit (raspberries, blueberries, mango or peaches)
- grated coconut to sprinkle
Preparation:
1) Add the chia seeds, your Kollagn stick, vegetable milk and maple syrup. Mixed well.
2) Leave for at least 30 minutes in the fridge (or prepare the night before for breakfast)
3) Cut your fruits and add them to your pudding. Sprinkle with coconut and it's ready to enjoy!
